Referrals are accepted from physicians and nurse practitioners for general internal medicine.

Fast triage
A complete referral is booked sooner.
Referrals are reviewed as they arrive. Including the clinical question and the supporting record lets the clinic triage without calling your office for missing information.
The clinic contacts the patient directly with the appointment and sends a consultation report to your office after the visit.
Please include
- Patient name, date of birth, health number, and phone
- Referring provider name, billing number, and fax
- The clinical question
- Past medical history, family history, and allergies
- Current medications
- Recent laboratory results and relevant notes

Criteria
What we accept.
Not accepted
- Emergencies and unstable patients
- Patients requiring admission
- Referrals limited to cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, endocrinology, or rheumatology
These are returned for redirection.
Urgent concerns
This is an outpatient consulting clinic. Patients who are unstable or need same-day assessment should be directed to the emergency department.
